Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering a seamless experience. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to professional fees paid to Accordesk.

Professional fees

Accordesk's professional fees are refundable if work has not commenced on your application. Once we begin preparation, documentation or filing, fees become non-refundable.

Government fees & taxes

Government fees, statutory charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.

Rejection by authority

If an application is rejected by the issuing authority due to reasons attributable to Accordesk, we will refile at no additional professional fee. We do not refund professional fees in such cases unless agreed in writing.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment at info@accordesk.in or via WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
