Services
Accordesk provides business registration and compliance support including (but not limited to) FSSAI, GST, MSME, ITR, Trademark, Shop Act, Import Export Code (IEC), Aadhaar and PAN-related services. Final issuance of any licence or registration is at the discretion of the relevant government authority.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information and documentation. Delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Accordesk.
Fees
Service fees are quoted before commencement and exclude any government fees, taxes or third-party charges unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of liability
Accordesk's liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
